Years ago at a Northern Arizona energy conference, we heard news of such a thing being designed and pushed by a certain candidate who was scroned by his party’s base for suggesting it.
McCain was forming the 3R Economic (Ecological) Plan back then...
He has the foot in the door and the real planners,movers and shakers behind the projects. Say NO tp hype and let’s make this type of energy a priority!
